Renewing A Reginald Johnson Designed Residence And Surrounding Gardens

This graceful home, designed in a classic Mediterranean style, has the quintessential look and feel of a fine Montecito residence. Restoration and remodel of both the residence and the grounds was extensive. In keeping with the original architectural design, we reconfigured the family room, butler's pantry and a new kitchen. We built rusticated stone walls, steps and pathways, and a beautiful fountain, as well as installing new landscape lighting and irrigation systems.
